CHURCH & DWIGHT OUT-SAND-ING!

Church and Dwight is a U.S. company specializing in personal care products. Every year, its annual convention provides an opportunity to discover a new destination somewhere in the world… After Budapest, Athens, Madrid, Rome and Barcelona, Marrakech welcomed 400 participants from across the globe.

The event brought together the various company brands around several highlights over three days: a productive plenary session, a brand ‘trade fair’ presenting new developments on a bespoke stand, a teambuilding exercise and a fantastic gala evening.

The fully reconfigured large ballroom at Marrakech Conference Centre hosted the event’s exhibition spaces, making it possible to present several company brands between two convention sessions. Attendees were able to enjoy Marrakech during a 4×4 excursion to the Agafay Desert and especially at a large gala evening held in a camp created for the event in the city’s La Palmeraie resort.

The pacing of activities, essential for an event of this scale, created a whirlwind for participants, most of whom were unfamiliar with Marrakech. The magic dust sprinkled over the three days enabled the kind of effective exchanges that are the strength of any company seminar… complete with total escapism, complete surprises and enthusiastic support!
